Amber Korody-Hall began her community management career in 2005 in Orange County, California, where she gained valuable experience working alongside some of the industry's early leaders. After relocating to San Diego in 2012, she continued building a reputation for helping community associations thrive through strong organization, clear communication, and practical problem-solving. Amber is passionate about creating positive community experiences and enjoys helping neighborhoods strengthen connections through projects, initiatives, and resident engagement opportunities.
Amber holds the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation through the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB) and was recognized as Manager of the Year by the CAI San Diego Chapter in 2018. A dedicated industry leader, she currently serves as Treasurer on the Board of Directors for the CAI San Diego Chapter and remains actively involved in supporting educational and networking opportunities for community association professionals. In addition to her industry service,
Amber volunteers with the Youth Assistance Coalition, supporting programs and resources for youth experiencing homelessness throughout San Diego County. Through both her professional and volunteer work, Amber is committed to building stronger communities and creating meaningful connections that positively impact the lives of others.

A San Diego native, Cory Frazier has been in the community management industry since March 2016, where he began his career learning under various industry veterans. Cory joined Choice Management in October 2020 and has grown into a management position swiftly. He has been a member of the San Diego Chapter of the Community Association Institute for over three years where he currently actively participates on the Community Legislative Action Committee who monitor upcoming legislation and case law that directly impacts community associations.
Cory attended University of California where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a Juris Doctorate from Cal Western School of Law. While not an active member of the bar, he has been able to utilize his training to provide communities with an accountable, passionate form of management. He has obtained his Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) through the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB). He continues to attend ongoing continuing education to keep abreast of any potential growth opportunities.

Jax Hodges joined Choice Management Solutions in 2024 and has quickly become an invaluable part of the team, earning the nickname “Jax of all trades.” She provides wide-ranging support across business operations and HOA management, ensuring that day-to-day functions run smoothly. Her ability to adapt, problem-solve, and keep projects moving forward makes her a trusted resource for both staff and clients.
With over 15 years of experience in community association management, Jax brings a wealth of industry knowledge and hands-on expertise. She has successfully overseen multi-unit residential communities, facilitated board meetings, coordinated vendor projects, and supported residents with professionalism and care. As a prior CACM designee, Jax combines her technical skills and industry background with a team-first approach, helping Choice Management Solutions deliver efficient, reliable, and client-focused service.
