While entering the community management industry in 2005 in Orange County, CA, Amber obtained vital experience under some of the pioneers in the industry. She jumped into the association management industry when relocating to San Diego in 2012 and has continued to find ways for associations to thrive through organization and communication. You will find that Amber loves helping communities come together through projects and community events. 

Amber has earned the Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM) designation through the California Association of Community Managers (CACM) and the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) through the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB). She was awarded the Manager of the Year award for 2018 with the CAI San Diego Chapter and she regularly attends ongoing education opportunities to ensure she is providing the best information to her clients.  Amber previously sat on the Board of Directors for the local CAI San Diego Chapter and served as President in 2022. 

A San Diego native, Cory Frazier has been in the community management industry since March 2016, where he began his career learning under various industry veterans. Cory joined Choice Management in October 2020 and has grown into a management position swiftly. He has been a member of the San Diego Chapter of the Community Association Institute for over three years where he currently actively participates on the Community Legislative Action Committee who monitor upcoming legislation and case law that directly impacts community associations.

Cory attended University of California where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a Juris Doctorate from Cal Western School of Law. While not an active member of the bar, he has been able to utilize his training to provide communities with an accountable, passionate form of management. He has obtained his Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA)   through the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB). He continues to attend ongoing continuing education to keep abreast of any potential growth opportunities. 

For several years Trevor Hall obtained extensive experience in customer service through the grocery-retail industry. He joined Choice Management Solutions and the community management industry in March of 2022.  As a valued support staff member, Trevor assists the management team with a wide variety of administrative functions in the office. 

He is an active member of the San Diego Chapter of the Community Association Institute where he is learning about the intricacies of community management. He is actively pursuing his Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA)  through the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB).
