Choice Management Solutions was founded in 2013 by Tawny Bartel and quickly developed a reputation as a boutique firm specializing in Homeowner Association management. In 2019, Tawny entrusted the company to Amber Korody-Hall, who has continued to build on that foundation with a strong focus on personalized, transparent, and community-driven service.
Today, Choice has grown into a dedicated team of five professionals who bring diverse experience and a shared commitment to supporting HOAs of all sizes across San Diego. While we’ve expanded, our mission remains the same: to provide tailored solutions that help communities thrive through proactive management, clear communication, and trusted guidance.
